Ask Saka is a knowledge assistant for SakaHub designed to help users quickly find information and answers directly within their browser. What it does: • Answers questions using content indexed from SakaHub. • Provides direct citations to the source documents so you can verify the information. • Detects when articles in SakaHub are added or updated and automatically indexes them to stay up to date. • Works as a floating overlay so you can reference answers without leaving your current tab. How to use it: 1. Open SakaHub or your working tab. 2. Click the Ask Saka widget or extension icon to open the assistant. 3. Type your question into the chat box. 4. Review the answer and click on citations to inspect the source material directly. Permissions: • Storage: Used to save your local UI preferences and session settings. • Host Permissions (sakahub.safaricom.co.ke, cee-tools-wine.vercel.app): Required to query the knowledge base and retrieve document citations. Note: Ask Saka is an independent utility created to assist users working with SakaHub.
