PrepVault does two things while you job hunt. Save any job in one click. Click the toolbar icon on a listing and PrepVault grabs the title, company, location, and full description, then drops it into your pipeline. It works across the major job boards, and falls back to a general reader on most others, including career-specific ones for healthcare, education, legal, finance, cleared roles, and caregiving. If a page won't read cleanly, you can type the company and title yourself instead of losing the save. Autofill the application from your profile. Open the side panel on an application form, whether it's a major applicant tracking system or a company's own careers page, and PrepVault fills your name, contact info, location, links, work authorization, and screening answers from the profile you already saved. You see every value before anything is filled. Edit it, skip it, or leave it. Nothing gets written until you say so, and the extension never submits the form. That final click is always yours. How it handles your data: Autofill only reads a page after you open the panel or the right-click menu on that tab. There's no background access to sites you're not using it on. Your profile data comes from your own PrepVault account and only ever flows into fields you're looking at. It's never shared with anyone else. Field matching is deterministic.
