Overview

Displays CJA traffic details for the current page.

*Update: Choose your API Access Method on the options page — your organization's self-hosted token broker (no Adobe secret ever touches the browser), or, for individual use, your own Adobe Developer Console credentials entered directly. Instantly view Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) data for any page you visit — including a live, on-page link heatmap, right in your browser. Are you tired of constantly switching between your website and the CJA Workspace just to check key metrics for a specific page? This extension streamlines your workflow by bringing essential, page-specific data directly to you with a single click, saving you time and effort. Key Features On-Page Link Heatmap (like ActivityMap for Adobe Analytics): See engagement overlaid directly on your live page. With one click, the extension highlights every link and button on the page you're viewing with a color-intensity heatmap and numeric badges, driven by the CJA metric of your choice (clicks, instances, and more). Instantly spot your highest- and lowest-performing links without ever leaving the page or opening CJA Workspace — switch between Today, Yesterday, and Last 7 Days on the fly, and toggle badges and the heatmap independently to suit how you like to read the page. Instant Insights: Click the toolbar icon to see a clean, simple table of your most important metrics for the page you're currently viewing. Columnar Timeframes: Automatically view data for Today, Yesterday, and the Last 7 Full Days in a single, convenient table, allowing for quick comparisons. Customizable: A dedicated options page allows you to configure all your settings, including which Link Dimension and Metric power the heatmap. Dynamic Data View & Metric Selection: Choose your specific Data View and the extension will populate a list of all available metrics. You can select up to 5 metrics that are most important to your analysis. Persistent Settings: Your credentials, Data View, metric selections, and heatmap configuration are securely saved, so you only have to set them up once. How to Get Started 1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store. 2. Set up API access, either way: - Org Token Broker (recommended for teams): have your Adobe admin deploy your organization's token broker (a one-time, self-hosted setup — no Adobe secret ever needs to be shared with individual users). - Developer Credentials (for individual use): use your own Adobe Developer Console OAuth Server-to-Server project — no broker to deploy, but skip this if you're sharing a synced browser profile or install with others. 3. Configure: Right-click the extension icon in your toolbar and select "Options". 4. Enter Settings: On the API Credentials tab, pick your API Access Method and enter the matching credentials — Client ID, Organization ID, plus Broker URL and Broker Key (Org Token Broker) or your Client Secret (Developer Credentials). 5. Select Data & Metrics: On the Data Configuration tab, choose your desired Data View from the dropdown. A list of available metrics will load. Select up to 5 metrics you want to see in your report. 6. Set Up Your Heatmap (optional): On the Overlay Configuration tab, choose a Link Dimension and an Overlay Metric to power the on-page heatmap. 7. Save your settings. 8. View Data: Navigate to a page on your website and click the extension's icon to see your report table. 9. See the Heatmap: In the popup, pick a timeframe and click "Show Overlay" to light up every link on the page with a live heatmap and metric badges — just like ActivityMap. Security & Privacy Your security is paramount. With the default Org Token Broker method, the extension never stores or transmits your organization's Adobe Client Secret — that stays entirely within your organization's own self-hosted token broker. If you instead choose Developer Credentials for individual use, your own Client Secret is stored securely on your local computer using Chrome's built-in storage (chrome.storage.sync), alongside your Client ID, Organization ID, and report settings, and is only ever sent directly to Adobe's own IMS servers to obtain an access token. Your information is never transmitted to or stored on any third-party servers controlled by the extension developers. Enabling this for your entire organization is now self-service: any org can deploy its own token broker in minutes using the included setup guide, and every user simply enters the same non-secret Client ID, Organization ID, Broker URL, and Broker Key on their own options page.
