Recozy is a cozy screen recorder that works in a couple of clicks. No watermarks, no limit on how long you record: everything is captured and processed right in your browser. Save the result to a file — or, if you prefer, share it as a link via Recozy Cloud. WHAT IT DOES • Record a tab, a selected page area, a window, or the entire screen • Camera bubble on top of the recording — Loom-style. It records as a separate track: it stays out of the frame and shows up next to it in the shared link's player. Need it right in the file? Turn on "burn the bubble into the frame" • Microphone and tab audio, device selection, camera check before you start • 3-2-1 countdown before recording starts • Recording pill: pause, timer, microphone equalizer, mute button, restart, discard. Drag the pill anywhere or hide it entirely • Time limit: 5, 10, 30, 60 minutes, or none • A warning when the microphone is off and your voice is not being recorded TOOLS ON TOP OF THE PAGE • Draw while recording: pen, highlighter, arrow, box, eraser; five colors, three widths, Ctrl+Z to undo, erase everything • Blur: click a page element and it's blurred, click again to restore. That's how emails, names, amounts and other people's data stay private • Cursor highlight — a soft spot follows the mouse • Keystroke display: shortcuts like Ctrl+S pop up at the bottom of the frame. Plain typing can be shown too; password fields are never shown TELEPROMPTER (PRO) • Your script in large type in Chrome's side panel • Scrolls itself while recording and freezes on pause • Reading speed in words per minute, text size, start along with recording • Never shows up in the recording — neither in a tab nor in a window EDITOR INSIDE THE EXTENSION • Opens right after you stop recording • Trim the ends, cut pieces out of the middle • Quality, frame size, volume, mono, mute • WebM or MP4 — converted locally, nothing is uploaded SHARE BY LINK • Flip the "Save to file / Share by link" switch — after recording, the video is uploaded to Recozy Cloud and the ready link is copied to your clipboard automatically • Passwordless sign-in via a magic link sent to your email • "My videos": thumbnails, rename, copy link, delete, and an Edit button • Free plan: up to 25 videos, 5 minutes each, stored for 30 days, 10 GB • PRO: videos up to an hour, kept with no expiry, 100 GB, the teleprompter, speech-to-text with captions, and embedding the video on your own site WEB EDITOR FOR UPLOADED VIDEOS • Edit right in the browser, no paid plan required • Trim the ends and cut pieces out of the middle: blocks resize by their edges and drag as a whole, the video skips what you cut • Zooms — click the frame and the zoom points there, 1.2× to 4× • Titles over the picture: text, position, size, color, bold • Backdrop: eight fills, padding, corner radius, shadow • Camera inset: circle, square, drop or strip, size and place in the frame, horizontal mirror • Join several takes into one recording • The saved edit plays straight from the link; "Download with effects" renders the finished file PRIVACY By default Recozy works fully locally: recordings are saved only to your computer, with no analytics or trackers. A video reaches the cloud only in "Share by link" mode — and you can delete it at any time. Interface in English and Russian.
