TAPNET Lead Assist

Capture, review, enrich, and route visible lead details into TAPNET Lead Engine.

TAPNET Lead Assist is a user-assisted lead capture and review extension for TAPNET Lead Engine users. TAPNET Lead Assist helps TAPNET Lead Engine users capture visible lead details from the current webpage, review and edit those details, and submit the reviewed lead into TAPNET Lead Engine workflows. When you are viewing a supported profile or business page, open the Lead Assist side panel and click the capture button. The extension reads visible page details such as the page title, profile name, headline, company, website, source URL, and public page metadata where available. You can then review and edit the lead before sending it to TAPNET Lead Engine. Use it on supported LinkedIn, Facebook, company websites, business profile pages, and TAPNET Prospect Generator batches to capture or review public and visible details such as name, role, company, website, source URL, contact details when visible, and notes. The user must click Capture or select a reviewed prospect, then review the lead before anything is submitted. Reviewed leads can be saved to Lead Assist contact lists, checked for duplicates, queued for enrichment when contact or company details are missing, and optionally staged for TAPNET Email Outreach when an outreach campaign is selected. Messaging tools help prepare LinkedIn, email, or quick message copy. If the connected Email Outreach sender profile is ready, the user can save a draft for review or approve the reviewed email draft for the scheduled outreach queue. Captured Leads lets users reopen and update recently captured leads during the same workflow. Reviewed leads can be saved to Lead Engine lead lists, checked for duplicates, queued for missing-detail enrichment, updated during review, and optionally saved as draft recipients in TAPNET Email Outreach when an outreach campaign is selected. Lead Assist is intended for manual lead review workflows. It does not crawl websites in the background, bulk scrape search results, send profile data without review, or send messages without a user action inside Lead Assist and a configured TAPNET Email Outreach sender profile. Lead Assist Premium can add Prospect Generator, which lets subscribed users choose a reviewed prospect batch, select a specific unprocessed prospect, enrich missing details, score fit, and route one prospect at a time through the same Lead Assist review workflow. If the connected Email Outreach sender profile is ready, the user can save the reviewed prospect and draft into the selected outreach campaign for review. Sending remains gated by TAPNET Email Outreach campaign, approval, queue, and sender controls. Captured Leads lets users reopen and update recently captured leads during the same workflow. Lead Assist does not bulk scrape, crawl websites in the background, submit profile data without user review, or send messages directly from captured page data. A TAPNET Lead Engine subscription is required to create the connection key used by the extension.
