Bulk Form Filler — CSV to Web Forms

Teach it your form once, then fill hundreds of rows from a CSV file. For data entry into CRMs, portals and internal tools.

Stop retyping the same form. If your job involves copying rows out of a spreadsheet and typing them into a web form — one record at a time, a hundred times — this extension does the typing for you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the form you normally fill in. 2. Click the extension, then click "Detect this form automatically". It reads every field on the page and matches them to the columns in your file. 3. Choose your CSV file. Correct anything it matched wrongly. 4. Click "Fill all rows" and walk away. It fills a record, clicks save, checks that the save went through, and starts the next record. When it finishes you get a line-by-line log: which rows went in, which ones failed, and why. WHAT IT WORKS ON - Ordinary web forms, including ones built with React, Vue and Angular - Pages that have no <form> tag at all - Dropdowns built out of divs, not just plain select boxes - Checkboxes, including groups: "red, blue" in one cell ticks both - Rich text boxes - Forms inside an iframe - Forms that clear after saving, and forms that keep what you typed - Sites that reload, or move to a "thank you" page, after every save — it goes back to the form for the next row TYPICAL USES - Entering invoices, orders or payroll rows into an internal system - Loading a list of leads into a CRM - Creating user accounts in bulk - Submitting declarations one record at a time on a government portal SAVED TEMPLATES Once you have taught it a form, the mapping is saved for that site. Next time you only load your file and press run. WHEN A ROW FAILS Nothing is hidden. If a value does not match any option in a dropdown, a field cannot be found, or the site refuses a value (an invalid email, say), that row is marked failed with the reason, and the run carries on. You fix those rows by hand afterwards. PRICING Files of 50 rows or fewer are free, start to finish. Longer files fill their first 50 rows and then stop, so you can see it working on your own form before you decide.
