Voice Assistant for Salesforce lets you move around Salesforce by voice. No more digging through menus to find the object, tab or Setup page you need. Say "accounts", "flows" or "debug logs" and the extension takes you straight there. It works in any Salesforce org (Production, Sandbox or Developer Edition) in Lightning Experience. The extension compares what it heard with the objects and tabs in your org and picks the closest match, so the command still works. Your Tabs, Your Way • Every command has a "New Tab" checkbox in the help panel (the "?" button on any Salesforce page) • Your choices sync across your Chrome browsers HOW TO USE 1. Open any Salesforce page. Your org's objects and tabs load automatically the first time. 2. Hold Ctrl+Shift (Cmd+Shift on Mac) and speak, or click the microphone button on the page, or click the extension icon and press "Start Listening". 3. The page opens straight away. 4. After adding new custom objects or tabs to your org, click "Refresh Storage" so the extension knows about them. PRIVACY • Speech is turned into text by Chrome's built-in speech recognition, which Google provides. The extension itself never records, stores or sends your audio. • The extension only runs on Salesforce domains. • It reads your org's object and tab names from Salesforce using your existing login. This list is stored only in your browser and is never sent anywhere else. • Your settings (New Tab choices, accent) are saved with Chrome sync, so they follow you across your Chrome browsers. • No analytics, no tracking, no third-party servers.
