MSG.AI helps you communicate with customers in WhatsApp Web: translate messages, prepare editable AI replies and reuse saved responses from one Chrome side panel. Start with one conversation 1. Install MSG.AI and open https://web.whatsapp.com on your computer. 2. Open the side panel and choose translation, customer follow-up or chat export in the visual quick-start guide. 3. Read a translation or prepare an AI reply, review the result and decide when to send. Tools for your daily workflow • Translate incoming messages and outgoing drafts without switching tabs. • Generate editable replies using the current chat and your business knowledge base. • Save and reuse responses for common customer questions. • Import customer lists, personalize messages, preview recipients and control sending with pause/resume. • Export available contacts, group members and selected conversations. HTML archives are readable copies, not restorable WhatsApp backups. • Optionally select media from Google Drive or upload exports after authorization. Try without signing in Free includes 50 translations, 10 AI replies and 10 customer-message sends per day. Cached translations do not consume translation quota. Google sign-in enables licensing and optional Drive access; Pro provides higher quotas. Languages Spanish side-panel labels, system controls and key prompts are localized. Browser-region variants select the appropriate interface language. Missing strings in other supported languages fall back to English. Privacy and control Task settings, saved responses and exports are stored locally by default. When you request AI translation or replies, the necessary text, selected conversation context and enabled business knowledge are sent through MSG.AI to a model provider for processing. AI creates drafts; you review and confirm sending. License/account data and registered-license operational statistics are described in the privacy policy. Anonymous first-success and seven-day reuse sharing is off by default and can be controlled in Settings > Privacy preferences. These anonymous reports do not contain messages, contacts or phone numbers. Optional Google Drive and configured CRM workflows send the data needed for those services.
