Haul Trust Exchange Reviews is built for auto transport brokers who use Super Dispatch and Central Dispatch to find and book carriers. It shows a carrier's HaulTrustX trust rating right inside those platforms, so you can check who you're about to book without switching tabs. Requires an existing Super Dispatch and/or Central Dispatch account - this extension only adds information to pages within those platforms, it doesn't provide access to them. WHAT IT DOES While you're browsing carrier profiles or order lists, HaulTrustX Reviews quietly adds a small "HTX" rating badge right next to the platform's own rating. Click it to open that carrier's full HaulTrustX review history in a new tab. WHERE IT WORKS - Super Dispatch - a carrier's own profile page (shown as a tab next to Overview/Ratings) - Super Dispatch - order-list pages (Load Requests, Posted to Load Board, Requests), shown right next to each carrier's existing Super Dispatch rating - Central Dispatch - Company Overview and Ratings search pages HOW IT WORKS The extension looks up each carrier by its DOT number when available, or by company name otherwise, using HaulTrustX's public review-lookup API. If a carrier isn't yet on HaulTrustX, or no match is found, nothing is shown - no errors, no clutter. WHY IT MATTERS It shows up right when you need it - while you're already looking at a carrier's profile or an order list deciding who to book. HaulTrustX is also more honest than a typical review site. When a broker and a carrier review each other on the same shipment, neither review is revealed until both sides have submitted (or a hold period passes) - a double-blind reveal that stops one side from reading the other's rating first and retaliating with a lower score in response. HaulTrustX also includes reviews from end customers - the actual vehicle owners a carrier delivered for - not just what brokers and carriers say about each other. PRIVACY HaulTrustX Reviews only talks to haultrustx.com. It doesn't collect, store, or transmit your personal data, login credentials, or browsing activity - it reads the carrier name or DOT number already visible on the page and asks HaulTrustX for that carrier's public review summary.
