Overview

Free unlimited website blocker for Chrome. No account, no 3-site cap. ADHD-friendly focus challenges, stored locally.

Focuh is a free Chrome website blocker for self-imposed focus challenges. Block websites in Chrome without an account, without a 3-site cap, and without sending your list to a server. If you have ADHD, you already know the loop: you decided to quit YouTube / Reddit / X / news, then your hands open the tab anyway. Focuh is an ADHD website blocker that interrupts that reflex for a challenge period you choose — 30, 91, 180 days, or a custom length. How it compares to BlockSite and other Chrome blockers BlockSite’s free tier is capped at 3 sites and wants an account. StayFocusd is free and unlimited, but it is owned by Sensor Tower. Cold Turkey and Freedom are paid products. Focuh is free, unlimited, no account, and does not track you. (Comparison on focuh.com/chrome-extension, last checked June 2026. Prices change.) What Focuh does not do - No account, email, or signup - No analytics, ads, remote code, or Focuh servers in the extension - No 3-site limit and no paid upgrade inside the extension - It does not read your browsing history to “score” you How to use it 1. Install Focuh from the Chrome Web Store 2. Add the domains you already decided to quit 3. Pick a challenge length and start 4. When you hit a blocked site, Chrome redirects you to a local page and counts the attempt This listing is for the Chrome extension only. The optional Focuh Mac app (separate download, early beta) can block sites system-wide and plan the week. The extension works on its own. Privacy The developer has declared that this extension does not collect your data. Settings stay in Chrome storage on your device.
