SkoolKit detects declined payments, sends friendly editable DMs from you (the owner they joined), paces them politely with quiet hours, and shows a dashboard of who recovered and how much revenue you saved. TOOL 3 — AUTO DMS (BETA) — DM members automatically on triggers you choose: welcome new members, thank people who like or comment on a post, celebrate level-ups, or message someone the moment they start paying. Build multi-step sequences with delays, tier-aware message variants, reply keywords and file attachments — and manage replies in an inbox that shows exactly who's awaiting your response. Posts with an automation attached glow in your feed (pick your colour), so you always know what's live. BUILT-IN SAFETY — Automated DMs are powerful, so SkoolKit is careful by design: every message is paced at a human speed and respects quiet hours, a surge safety check holds any suspiciously large batch for your approval before a single DM goes out, and one switch in Settings pauses all automated sending instantly. VIP EXTRA — OUT OF OFFICE — Away for a while? SkoolKit auto-replies to new DMs with your own message, for all or selected communities, until you're back.
