See saved batches and row counts, pause when needed, and export what you have. Web extraction can continue with the sidebar closed while the source tab and browser remain open. • Convert PDF tables to Excel Choose a page, table or region in a text-based PDF. Review and confirm continuation tables before merging them across pages. Compare extracted cells with the source document and edit the results. • Check and fix data before exporting Rename and reorder columns, edit cells, find and replace text, and undo changes. When you know the source record count, compare it with the extracted count to check whether more records are needed. • Save work and reuse your setup Save results as local tasks to review, edit or export later. Back up tasks for safekeeping. Pro adds more saved tasks, reusable website rules and batch export of multiple tables. • Process files and tables locally Extracted page content, PDF files and table results are not uploaded to RowGather servers. The free plan includes one saved task, a continuous-extraction trial of 3 pages/batches or 500 rows per task, whichever limit is reached first, and PDF processing of up to 3 pages per run. Manual appends and continuous extraction share the trial allowance. More continuous extraction, multiple tasks, reusable rules and batch export require a Pro license. Saved results remain available for export. SUPPORTED CONTENT RowGather supports text-based PDFs. OCR for scanned or image-only PDFs is not currently supported. Some websites require sign-in, site access permission or manual selection. Review complex layouts and tables that span pages against the source; matching record counts do not guarantee complete results.
