Bookmark Radar puts your saved Chrome bookmarks in a fast, local side panel. Search by title, domain, or folder path, then open a result in your existing Chrome profile. Your website sign-ins and Chrome password manager continue to work as usual; the extension does not read passwords, cookies, or browsing history. What you can do: • Find bookmarks by title, domain, or folder path, with common Chinese and English brand aliases and light typo tolerance. • Browse folders and bookmarks in the same hierarchy and order as Chrome, including mixed folder and bookmark lists. • Switch between Recently opened and Recently added. Remove individual entries from either list without deleting the bookmarks. • See where each result is stored, and use Command/Ctrl + K, arrow keys, and Enter to navigate. • Switch the side panel between English and Simplified Chinese. It starts in your Chrome language when supported. Your bookmarks and search terms are processed on your device. The extension has no account, ads, analytics SDK, or developer-run backend. It stores only bookmark IDs, extension-open times, recent-list removal markers, and your language choice locally. Permissions: • bookmarks: Reads your Chrome bookmark tree for local search, folder browsing, and recent lists. Chrome's permission prompt may say “Read and change your bookmarks,” but Bookmark Radar does not use bookmark-writing APIs. • sidePanel: Displays the workspace in Chrome's side panel. If a search finds no bookmark, Google Search is available only when you explicitly select it. The privacy policy is available in English and Simplified Chinese from the Chrome Web Store listing.
