Find a question you’re missing. Inspect the evidence. Prepare a fix and track what changes—all beside the page you’re researching. Use the local workspace without a MentionedOn account: - Capture and review completed ChatGPT answers with their source links and conversation URLs. - Add answers from other assistants manually, labeled as user-supplied evidence. - Compare your brand with up to eight competitors across saved answers, exact cited pages, and source domains. - Prioritize page improvements, coverage checks, or relevant profile/listing reviews from the available evidence. - Capture a page’s headings and public metadata, then create an original content brief using supplied brand facts. - Prepare service-and-city questions to test, and compare fresh saved answers with a dated local baseline. - Copy/download briefs, export/import your workspace, and delete local records. Connect your MentionedOn account when you want the connected workflow: - Research a competitor domain or the current page’s domain within your account’s saved scans. - Inspect model labels, dates, answer excerpts, exact citation URLs where available, and legacy source domains. - Review selected research before saving an opportunity to your account. - Generate an original draft through MentionedOn’s existing AI service, subject to your plan’s allowance. - Add monitored questions, explicitly request a new scan, and record published changes for later comparison. Account connection requests optional access only to https://mentioned-on.com. The extension uses your signed-in MentionedOn tab without extracting or storing passwords, cookies, or tokens. Local captures are not automatically uploaded. Account transfers show the selected question, conversation text and URL, sources, supplied facts, and reference structure before you confirm saving them. Scans and drafts use MentionedOn’s existing backend and account limits. Counts cover the saved sample or the selected account’s observed scans. This is not a global citation index or a search-volume estimate. API samples can differ from consumer chat answers; older scans may have only source domains. Capture dates do not prove a fresh model run. Comparisons show observations, not proof that an edit caused a citation. No guaranteed rankings, citations, or AI visibility. No extension telemetry, ads, or background collection. Clear workspace deletes local data; account records are managed separately in MentionedOn. Generated content stays a draft until you choose to use it. Copy brief & open ChatGPT copies the brief without submitting it.
