Your feed, written down. Receipts keeps what came up in your feed: each public post and comment it worked on, in the order it arrived, with the time, signed and linked on your own computer. A dashboard sorts it. An export carries its own checker, so anyone you hand the file to can see whether a word was changed after the fact. It is for people who want evidence of a feed, and it is free. THE RECORD Every public post or comment Receipts worked on is written down with the time it appeared, the account it came from, the counts it showed, and what Receipts did about it. The items are linked to each other in sequence, so a gap or a swap shows. Each entry is signed with a key that lives only on your install. The export embeds the matching public key and a checker that runs in any browser with no server: it reports verified, partially verified or failed, per record, and says what it cannot establish. The export is also signed as a whole, not only record by record: the records, the keys, the labels, the wording and the summary rows as they are shown. And the same checker is a page on our site, at feelingwise.org/check, so someone you send a file to can check it apart from the file, with nothing to install. When something is lost, the record says so in writing and signs it: a marker for a record lost between capture and the chain, a heartbeat while the recorder is running, a marker written before a clean-up deletes anything, and a marker when an update ends the old code in tabs you already had open. You can withhold one record from every export and every view. A signed marker takes its place, naming the record and its hash, and the checker accepts the withheld record on the marker's word, so withholding leaves no hole in the chain. The record holds what Receipts worked on, which is not everything scrolled past. Every export states on its first page what it can and cannot account for: where it starts, what is missing before it, any gap inside it, every signing key it carries, what decided each flag, how much of the file arrived while nobody was at the screen, and what the file itself tells a reader about you. WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT The dashboard: what came up, from which accounts, on which platform, at what hour. Runs of charged items, the accounts that keep returning, what got served again on later days. Every number on it is recomputed from the record in front of you. The export: one HTML file, readable anywhere, with the records, the key, the checker and the method inside it. A researcher, a journalist or a friend can open it, press one button, and see for themselves whether it holds. It opens at a hundred thousand records. Against the platform's own account: open Meta's or TikTok's data download in the Export tab and your record is joined to it, by permalink where both sides carry one and by author and time otherwise, under a signed marker carrying the archive's digest. Backup and recovery: a folder on your computer, sealed copies, and a recovery that reads a whole folder of old exports back into place, biggest first. The reading of pictures and video is off and not being developed further. One key covers every computer in the home. Updating keeps every setting and every record. That was checked on a real profile from the previous version before this one went out, twenty checks out of twenty, including that records written before the update are unchanged and the first record after it links to the last one before it.
