FormGenieAI combines a guided profile-setup service with AI-powered form autofill. Start with accurate, reusable personal, work or organisation information, then fill online forms in one click using the profile and documents you choose. Our primary Guided Onboarding service gives you a clearer start. An account manager confirms a meeting, gathers the required information, prepares the profile pages included in your chosen setup, sends them to you for validation, and completes requested changes before the case is resolved. ────────────────────────────────────── GUIDED ONBOARDING ────────────────────────────────────── Choose the one-off setup that matches your needs: • Personal Setup — preparation of the selected personal profile, work profile, or both for one client • Professional Setup — one shared organisation profile plus business-profile pages for three users in total • Business Setup — one shared organisation profile plus business-profile pages for five users in total Private personal profiles remain separate and are not automatically included in Professional or Business Setup. You review the prepared pages and can request changes before onboarding is completed. We aim to complete agreed profile pages within 72 hours once you supply the required information. This is a target, not a guarantee. Guided Onboarding is an optional one-off service, separate from recurring subscriptions. ────────────────────────────────────── FILL FORMS WITH LESS REPEATING ────────────────────────────────────── Once your profile is ready: 1. Visit an online form in Chrome 2. Open FormGenieAI or press Ctrl+Shift+F 3. Select the personal, work or business profile you want to use 4. Review the detected form and choose Fill Form 5. GENIE Q&A ASSIST For descriptive questions, Genie can prepare a tailored suggestion grounded in your saved information. Review, edit, regenerate or copy the answer before using it. PERSONAL, WORK AND BUSINESS PROFILES Keep different contexts separate and choose which profile to use for each site. Organisation accounts can share approved company information while private personal profiles stay separate. REVIEW BEFORE YOU SUBMIT FormGenieAI prepares and fills entries, while you stay in control of reviewing the information and submitting the form. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN The extension keeps a local browser copy for autofill; profiles saved to your FormGenieAI account are also stored securely with that account. Only information needed for a feature you request is sent to approved service providers. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated advertising.
