Furigana Tsukeru

High-accuracy furigana for Japanese text with EZFurigana. Includes dictionary lookup, vocab saving, and text-to-speech.

Read Japanese webpages with furigana and built-in dictionary tools. Tsukeru adds hiragana readings above kanji while keeping the original text in place. FEATURES • Furigana for Japanese webpages Add readings without replacing the original text. Long pages are processed around the visible area to keep browsing responsive. • Dynamic-page support Process newly loaded content on sites such as YouTube, X, and Reddit when dynamic processing is enabled. • English dictionary Click an annotated word for definitions, part of speech, JLPT level, examples, kanji details, and audio. • Page Words Browse words processed on the current page and jump back to them. • Vocabulary and Anki export Save words locally, export them as CSV, or download an Anki-ready ZIP with MP3 audio. • JLPT filtering Hide readings for easier kanji while keeping furigana for more difficult levels. • Display settings Adjust furigana size, weight, colour, and reading style. PRIVACY Tsukeru does not send page text until you choose Apply Furigana, use the keyboard shortcut, or select the context-menu action. When dynamic processing is enabled, nearby new content may continue to be processed after Apply. Settings and saved vocabulary remain in browser storage. Japanese text, dictionary terms, requested exports, and submitted reading reports are sent to the EZFurigana service only when needed for those features. The extension contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
