Tabby

Save the current window's open tab URLs as a .txt list, reopen every link in a .txt, or open every URL found in selected text.

Tabby moves a window's tabs to and from a plain text file. Save every open tab in the current window as a .txt — one URL per line, nothing else. Drop that file back on Tabby later, or on another machine, and every link reopens. It also reads a selection: highlight any block of text on a page, and Tabby opens every URL it finds in it. Useful for a list of links in an email, a spreadsheet cell, or a chunk of docs. One housekeeping action rounds it out — sort the window's tabs alphabetically by address, pinned tabs left where they are. No account, no options page, no sync, no telemetry. Nothing leaves your browser.
