)Overview
Severe-weather outlooks and precipitation forecasts from NOAA/NWS. No permissions, no tracking, no clutter — just the maps.
StormDeck puts official NOAA/NWS forecast maps one click away — severe-weather outlooks and precipitation forecasts, in one clean grid. SEVERE — NOAA/NWS Storm Prediction Center, Day 1 through 8: • Days 1 & 2: Categorical outlook, with Tornado, Wind, and Hail probability views • Day 3: Categorical and combined probability • Days 4–8: Probabilistic "any severe" outlooks PRECIP — NOAA/NWS Weather Prediction Center, Day 1 through 7-day totals: • Days 1, 2, and 3: quantitative precipitation forecast (QPF) • Days 4–5 and Days 6–7: 48-hour period totals • 5-day and 7-day storm-total precipitation • One toggle switches every precip map between filled shading and line contours Switch decks from the header. Click any map to enlarge it and switch between map types. Maps always point to SPC's and WPC's latest images, so they update as new forecasts are issued. Day labels follow the U.S. Central convective-day convention (Day 1 = today). No permissions, no tracking, no accounts, no background process — StormDeck loads public map images from spc.noaa.gov and wpc.ncep.noaa.gov, and nothing else. Imagery courtesy of the NOAA/NWS Storm Prediction Center and the NOAA/NWS Weather Prediction Center (public-domain U.S. government work). Not affiliated with NOAA.
