SUMMARIZE YOUR WAY Open TurboSum on supported content, choose your summary length, format, and output language, then select Summarize Current Page. Get a quick overview or a more detailed breakdown in the style that works for you. DAILY BRIEF Follow up to two topics and generate a referenced briefing from recent articles. TurboSum checks up to five suitable articles per topic, starting with the past 24 hours and expanding to seven days when coverage is limited. Generate a brief on demand or, when scheduling is available, choose a daily time and timezone. Revisit saved briefs through History, listen with Read Aloud, or explore their content with Pro chat. Completed briefs use five summary credits per included topic. Coverage depends on available, accessible reporting; some runs may find limited or no suitable articles. GO DEEPER WITH PRO A summary is just the beginning. Use Ask about this source or Ask about this brief to clarify an idea, explore examples, compare concepts, or research related topics. Open supporting source and web references to inspect the evidence. When original source text or a transcript wasn’t saved, available chat uses the saved summary, general explanations, and related web references. It cannot confirm what the original source said beyond the saved material. AI summaries and answers may be inaccurate. Check references when accuracy matters. LISTEN, SAVE, AND PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Give your eyes a break with optional Read Aloud. Use a full-summary timeline to seek forward or backward throughout the prepared recording, with pause, volume, and mute controls. Word guidance and text following are available when timing information can be matched. Playback can continue after the popup closes. Copy a summary or revisit saved summaries through History. Close the popup and return to your current view and unsent chat draft within the same browser session. To delete a conversation, use the trash icon and confirmation dialog. ACCOUNT AND PLANS A TurboSum account and Google sign-in are required. Summary allowances and feature availability depend on your plan, with optional paid plans available. Creating and continuing chat requires Pro. Chat availability depends on the saved material. DATA USE When you request a summary, TurboSum sends relevant page text, title and URL, PDF bytes, or YouTube video information to TurboSum and its service providers. PDFs may be held temporarily during processing. Extracted text or available transcripts are saved privately with eligible summaries for chat. Chat sends your question, necessary saved material, and conversation context to Google Gemini. Related research sends limited public-topic queries to Google Search rather than your complete saved source, summary, or conversation history. Questions, answers, supporting excerpts, and verified web reference titles, URLs, and check timestamps may be saved with the conversation. Google Search suggestions and their display HTML are not retained. Daily Brief stores your followed topics and any schedule settings in your account. Generating a brief uses topic queries and retrieved article content with TurboSum’s service providers, including Google Gemini and Google Search. Optional Read Aloud sends summary text to text-to-speech service providers to generate audio. Chrome storage holds TurboSum sign-in information, preferences, playback information, and processing state. Unsent chat drafts and popup state stay in browser-session storage. When enabled, sign-in synchronizes with turbosum.com. User data is not used for advertising. SUPPORTED CONTENT TurboSum supports articles, webpages, text-based PDFs served over HTTPS, and public YouTube videos. Availability depends on readable content and publisher or platform access restrictions. Chrome internal pages and other restricted pages cannot be summarized.
