Social Break

Take control of your social media time.

Guard your attention. Social Break puts limits on the websites that take up most of your time. Choose the sites you want to use less, set a daily limit or block them, and when the time is up, the tab turns into a quiet page that shows the goal you said comes first. LIMITS ON YOUR TERMS • Add only the sites you want to use less. Everything else works as usual. • See each site against its limit, one click away in the toolbar. • Your big goals and daily habits stay in front of you, right where the feed used to be. ONE LIMIT ACROSS YOUR DEVICES The extension shares your limits with the Social Break app for Android and the Windows app. Time spent on any of them counts toward the same limit. YOUR PRIVACY The extension reads only the address of the tab you're on, to check it against your list. It never reads page content, what you type or what you watch. Only the time spent on the sites on your list is sent to your account. No ads, and your data is never sold. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: a daily limit or a block for up to 3 apps or sites, up to 3 habits and 3 goals. Premium: no caps, different limits for different days, time windows such as "evenings only", weekly limits and your complete history. Sign in with your free Social Break account to start.
