CHARTS FOR STRATEGY AND FINANCE It covers the chart types those teams use in client and board work, from ordinary bars and lines through waterfall and Mekko. GOOGLE SHEETS SYNC Link a chart to a cell range so a recurring deck updates from the numbers instead of being rebuilt. CONTROL EVERY DETAIL Set colors, type, axes, number formats, labels, and call-outs directly on the chart. Point and click, no code. Set your organization colors and font once and every chart your team builds uses them by default. HOW IT WORKS Install the extension and open a presentation. Pick a chart type and enter or paste your numbers, or link a Sheets range. Format it on the slide, including axis breaks, number formats, and growth call-outs. Reopen the same chart on the same slide next month and update it. WHO IT IS FOR Strategy and finance teams on Google Workspace, and consultancies whose client work needs exact formatting on every chart. Also investor relations and FP&A teams that outgrew native Slides charting, and analysts who are still pasting chart images into decks. COLLABORATION AND SECURITY Charts live in the presentation itself, so anyone with access can view them and any teammate with Chartbuddy installed can edit them in place. Chartbuddy is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR aligned, and uses OAuth 2.0. It accesses only the presentations you open it in. PRICING Your first 10 sessions are free, roughly three hours of charting each, with no credit card. After that it is 10 euro or 12 dollars per seat per month, or 100 euro or 120 dollars per seat per year, for teams of 1 to 10. Above 10 seats, Enterprise pricing is custom and adds single sign-on, one invoice, priority support and custom onboarding. THE SAME CHART OUTSIDE GOOGLE SLIDES Google Slides and PowerPoint share one chart engine, one library and one subscription, so a chart built in one opens and edits in the other. Chartbuddy also has a free desktop app that sends a chart you generate with AI straight to your open deck, and a free package that keeps charts editable inside an HTML dashboard.
