Spend less time retyping client information across immigration portals. VisaFlo Autofill Extension connects your VisaFlo case data with supported Canadian immigration portals. Built for RCICs, immigration lawyers, and their teams, it helps you prepare applications, reuse existing profile data, and bring portal information together for review. AUTOFILL PORTAL FORMS Use data from VisaFlo questionnaires to populate supported online application forms. Reuse client details, histories, and family information across supported fields, and follow progress in the extension. Supported autofill workflows include: • Permanent Residence Portal applications • Express Entry profiles and post-ITA permanent residence applications • Citizenship Portal applications • BC PNP profiles IMPORT EXISTING EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILES Bring an existing Express Entry profile into a VisaFlo case. Select the client, name the case, and import supported profile information so your team can work from the data already entered in the portal. Import is currently available for Express Entry profiles. CREATE A PDF FOR APPLICATION REVIEW Scan a supported Express Entry profile or permanent residence application and generate a review PDF. Bring information from multiple form sections and applicants into one document that you can review and save. GET STARTED 1. Install the extension and sign in. 2. Sign in directly to the supported immigration portal and open the relevant application. 3. Choose Autofill, Import, or Scan for the task you want to complete. 4. Review the results before making changes or submitting an application. A VisaFlo account is required. Autofill requires the relevant client case and questionnaire data in VisaFlo. Available features and fields vary by portal and application type. VisaFlo helps prepare and review application information.
