PasteKitLab – Developer Data & Network Toolkit PasteKitLab is a lightweight Chrome extension designed to help developers quickly inspect, transform, format, and debug clipboard content and other technical data. With a minimal popup interface, PasteKitLab automatically recognizes common data formats and provides relevant tools for everyday development and troubleshooting workflows. Key Features Content Recognition Paste or enter content into the extension to identify common data types and access relevant tools, including JSON formatting, encoding/decoding, timestamps, IP addresses, domains, and other technical formats. Cron Expression Tools Enter a cron expression to view the next five scheduled execution times. DNS Lookup Look up DNS information for a selected domain, including A, AAAA, CNAME, and other supported record types through an external DNS service. Encoding & Decoding Supports common encoding and decoding operations, including: Base64 URL Encoding Hex Unicode ASCII UTF-8 The extension can help identify common encoded formats and provides convenient conversion tools. JSON Formatter Automatically recognizes JSON objects and arrays and provides: Pretty-printing Minification Syntax validation Error location and surrounding context IP & Subnet Tools Provides IP address and subnet parsing and calculation tools, including network address, broadcast address, subnet information, and related lookup information when an external lookup is requested. Timestamp Converter Recognizes common timestamp and date formats and provides conversion between Unix timestamps and human-readable date/time representations. Encryption Utilities Provides encryption and decryption utilities for development, testing, and troubleshooting, including supported AES, RSA, and SM-related algorithms. Encryption parameters and keys can be configured from the Options page. Mock Data Developers can configure mock data and encryption parameters for testing application request and response flows. Matching mock configurations can automatically generate corresponding test output. Network Request Inspection Provides tools for inspecting request and response data during development and debugging. Supported plaintext request and response data can be displayed in the network panel. Usage Popup Click the PasteKitLab extension icon to open the popup. Paste or enter technical content to identify the data type and access the appropriate tools. Options Use the Options page to configure encryption parameters, mock data, and other advanced settings. Keyboard Shortcut Press Ctrl+Shift+E to quickly open the extension popup. Permissions PasteKitLab may access clipboard content when clipboard-related features are used. Certain features may also require network access to perform DNS, IP, or other external lookups. The extension uses only the permissions required to provide its functionality. Privacy PasteKitLab processes user input locally whenever possible. The extension does not intentionally collect, log, or store users' clipboard content or input data. Certain lookup features, such as DNS and IP lookups, may send the relevant domain name or IP address to the configured external service to obtain lookup results.
