Start a room, share the code, and everyone is watching the same frame at the same moment, with everyone in control. Most sync tools manage that much. What actually breaks a watch party is everything around it, and that is what this version is about. AD BREAKS DO NOT SCATTER EVERYONE When an advert takes over one person's screen, the film carries on for the rest and they rejoin exactly where the room is. When a mid-roll catches everybody at once, the room clock holds instead of running on in the dark, so nobody is thrown minutes forward when the break ends. IT WAITS FOR SLOW CONNECTIONS Switch it on and the room pauses for anyone still buffering, then resumes together. It gives up after a minute, so one bad connection cannot hold the room hostage. YOU CAN SEE WHO IS WHERE A live member list shows each person as watching, in an advert, or buffering. No more guessing why somebody has gone quiet. IT SURVIVES THE ROOM CHANGING UNDER IT Switch from YouTube to Netflix, start the next episode, move between normal, theatre and fullscreen. The room follows, without anybody sending a new link.
