CardGenius helps users choose which credit card to use when making an online purchase. When a user visits a cart, checkout, or payment page, it reads the order total on that page and, based on the credit cards the user has told it they own, recommends the card that will earn the most rewards for that specific purchase — factoring in reward rates, purchase protections, and annual fees.
