Dispatch is a professional API testing and network inspection tool held entirely in the Chrome side panel - no separate app to install, no account required, no data ever leaving your device. Nothing is sent to any server. There is no backend, no analytics, no telemetry. Network capture is strictly opt-in - you start and stop it manually. Sending otherwise browser-blocked headers (like Referer) requires explicitly granting Dispatch access to that specific site first - nothing is ever touched without that per-site permission.
