- Non-custodial, local-only: your recovery phrase and private keys are generated and stored only on your device, encrypted with a password you set. They are never transmitted to us or anyone, and we cannot access or recover them. - What it does: create or import a wallet (12-word recovery phrase), view your address and token balances, receive and send tokens, switch between EVM networks, and review & sign the transactions and messages that websites request. - Standard web3 provider: like other Ethereum wallets (e.g. MetaMask), it exposes the standard EIP-1193 provider (window.ethereum) so sites you choose to connect to can request your public address and ask you to approve transactions. Nothing is signed or sent without your explicit approval in the wallet. - No account, no tracking: using the wallet requires no sign-up or login, and the extension runs no analytics and collects no personal information. To show balances it sends your public wallet address to blockchain data providers and to 1stopcrypto — the same lookup any wallet performs. Your keys, recovery phrase and password never leave your device. - Keys never leave the device. The wallet can optionally be used alongside the 1stopcrypto web app (https://1stopcrypto.com/wallet) for charts and swaps, but the extension itself is a self-contained wallet and needs no account.
