This is an image utility extension that allows users to convert, resize, rotate, and flip images. It also includes a specialized tool for converting images to Base64 strings and vice versa. Instructions for Testing: Format Conversion: Upload an image, choose a new output format (e.g., JPG to WebP), and click "Convert." Verify the download. Resize & Transform: Use the slider or input fields to change dimensions. Test the "Rotate" and "Flip" buttons. Base64 Tool: * Upload an image and copy the generated Base64 code. Paste a Base64 string into the decoder to verify the image renders correctly. Local Execution: Confirm that all processing happens within the extension's UI without external API calls for image data. Privacy Note: The extension processes all image data locally using the browser's Canvas API. No images or encoded data are ever uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any external servers.
