What OPA will not do - It will never send, submit, pay or confirm an irreversible action without asking first and hearing the claimant agree. - It will never type your password, read it, store it or send it. If a page asks for one, OPA hands that step back to the claimant. - It will never fetch a one-time code. If the claimant reads a code out, OPA types it locally once, excludes it from later page descriptions, then forgets it. - It will never sign the claimant in or upload a document for them. Privacy The known claim form is normally handled on the device by OPA's fixed recipe. If the page has changed or is unexpected, OPA may use an AI fallback. In that case, a compact description of the visible page and recent answers is sent through api.getopa.app to Anthropic for one planning response. Ordinary form values visible on the page can include identifying and financial information. OPA processes fallback requests in memory and retains no page description, prompt, recognised answer, plan or claim history. Passwords, one-time codes, page screenshots and audio recordings are not sent to OPA's service or Anthropic. Chrome's speech-recognition feature may use the browser's speech provider to turn microphone audio into text. Full details are at getopa.app/privacy/.
