Gaji is a visual planning workspace that connects ideas, designs, meetings and project tasks. Open the extension in a full browser tab and move from brainstorming to an actionable plan with eight connected tools. MIND MAPS AND OUTLINES Organize ideas with multiple sheets, branching layouts, themes, relationship lines, boundaries and summaries. Add notes, images, labels and tasks. Use outlines, search and replace, keyboard shortcuts and presentation mode to develop and explain your thinking. DIAGRAMS, FLOWCHARTS AND WHITEBOARDS Map processes, user journeys, systems and decisions with shapes, connectors, swimlanes and layers. Build sequence diagrams and ER diagrams, sketch wireframes, or use sticky notes and freehand drawing on a whiteboard. Export diagrams as PNG or SVG. TASKS, KANBAN AND SCHEDULES Manage assignees, priorities, dates, tags, subtasks and dependencies. Switch between board, list, timeline, calendar, roadmap and dashboard views. Plan milestones, inspect progress, archive completed work and export schedules as calendar files (.ics). SCREEN DESIGN AND INTERACTIVE PROTOTYPES Arrange screens and UI elements on a canvas, reuse components and shared styles, and manage image assets. Connect screens with hotspots, transitions and overlays, then play the flow. Export annotated images and Markdown specifications for a handoff. MEETING NOTES AND FOLLOW-UP Prepare agendas, attendees and timeboxes; guide the meeting and capture notes, decisions and action items. Carry unfinished work into the next meeting. Send action items to a task board and decisions to a decision log, with links back to the source meeting. Review follow-up status and export meeting records. DECISION LOGS Record the context, alternatives, decision, rationale and consequences in a structured decision record (ADR). Track status and replacement decisions using lists, boards and timelines. Keep the reason behind a plan accessible alongside its related work. DOCUMENT AND REFERENCE LIBRARIES Collect Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive files and other web links. Organize cards by review stage, tags, owner or due date. Search resources, track unread items and keep notes with each reference. Linked documents remain in their original service. A WORKFLOW THAT STAYS CONNECTED Start with templates for brainstorming, SWOT analysis, product planning, sprints, UX research, meeting agendas and more. Develop an idea in a mind map, map the process, prototype a screen, record the decision and track the next task. Keep documents together with tabs, folders, search and starred items. SAVE LOCALLY OR CONNECT GOOGLE DRIVE Work locally without signing in. Connect Google Drive to back up and synchronize Gaji documents across devices while Gaji is open. Check the sync status before closing. Workspace export/import and version history provide additional recovery options. External links are stored as links and metadata; their source documents are not copied into Gaji. GETTING STARTED Click the extension icon, choose a tool or template, and begin editing. Change the interface language in Settings: English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, French or Indonesian. Gaji is designed for project and product planners, designers, game creators and anyone organizing complex work. It is not a real-time simultaneous editor; concurrent edits may be kept as separate copies. Screenshots show example workspaces. EVENT SCHEDULES AND WORKSPACE FOLDERS Plan events on a layered timeline with recurring dates, markers and drag-to-move or resize controls. Use real dates or a virtual day-based calendar for game and launch planning. Export PNG, Markdown, CSV or ICS, and link preparation tasks to a task board. Organize workspace documents in folders; move one or several items by dragging or choosing a destination. Items inside a folder no longer appear at the workspace root.
