Make any site work the way you want. Tell Remixlet what to change, and watch it bend the site to your will. Remixlet is an open-source AI agent in your browser's side panel. Ask it for the feature you think a site has always needed, or to strip out the parts you never asked for. It studies the page, writes a small script we call a remixlet, and applies it on the spot. The only limit is your imagination - Remixlet will tell you when it can't do what you asked, so there is no harm trying. It also stores a version at every change, so you can always experiment and roll-back if it didn't work out. The code it generates is completely yours: readable, stored in your browser with full version history, one click to switch off or roll back. Bring your own AI --- Remixlet relies on access to an AI model. You connect the AI you already pay for: a ChatGPT subscription, an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including a local model. AI is only used in the initial build of each remixlet, as once built - the script runs on the pages you wanted it to without AI. Your data stays yours --- When you chat, Remixlet sends your message and content from the page you're working on, text, structure, and sometimes a screenshot, to the AI provider you chose, under your own key or account. Nothing is sent anywhere else without asking. API keys, chats, and remixlets live in your browser. Sandboxed & permissions you control --- AI generated code is treated as untrusted by design. It is only executed in a sandbox which does not have direct access to the wider internet, only the hosts you approve. Extra storage, scheduling, notifications or clipboard access are all permissions you must grant before a remixlet can use them.
