Sync orders from all major retailers to BuyingGroupPro, with hands-off auto-sync for Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart.

BuyingGroupPro Extension moves your retail orders into BuyingGroupPro, the order and payout tracker for buying-group resellers. No more copying order numbers by hand. What it does • Hands-off Auto-Sync: on your plan's schedule (daily, or every 3 days) the extension reads your recent Amazon orders in the background and fills in tracking numbers as they appear. Two more retailers can be added to the background run from the extension's Account Settings; each asks for access to that site once. • Manual sync: open the order history page of any supported retailer, click the BuyingGroupPro icon, pick the orders you want and click Sync. The orders land in your review queue with the details the page shows: order number, total, status and product, and where available the paying card, the ship-to address and the tracking numbers. • Buying-group linking: orders shipped to a buying group's address are matched to that group, ready for tracking submission and payout tracking. • Skips orders you already imported or chose to ignore. • Multi-account support: install the extension in separate browser profiles to sync several retailer accounts into one BuyingGroupPro dashboard. Setup 1. Install the extension. 2. Enter your API key from the Extension page of your BuyingGroupPro account. 3. Open a retailer's orders page and click Scan, or let Auto-Sync handle it for you. What it needs • A BuyingGroupPro account. The extension is free with every account; Auto-Sync runs on Pro and Concierge plans. • Your own sign-in to the retailer in the same browser profile. The extension never asks for retailer passwords. • The browser open at sync time. If it is closed, the sync catches up the next time you open it. • Chrome, Brave, Edge or Arc. Privacy The extension reads only the order pages you scan, or the order history you turned on for Auto-Sync, and sends order data only to www.buyinggrouppro.com.
