Local note editing does not require an account. If you choose to register or sign in, Quick Write Cloud processes your email address, display name, authentication/session information, and AI quota usage. Voice input sends the recording and selected recognition language to Quick Write Cloud and Cloudflare Workers AI only after you accept the disclosure, grant microphone permission, and stop recording. User-invoked AI and Web Assist actions may send the relevant prompt, selected text, visible page content, note content, page URL or title, screenshots, or images to the built-in CCTor AI endpoint or an AI service you configure. Quick Write does not sell user data and does not use it for advertising or proprietary analytics. Chrome may ask you to reauthorize the selected directory after a browser restart or permission change. You stay in control of which local directory the extension can access. ### Page Context Access Quick Write reads a page title, URL, selected text, or visible page content, and captures a screenshot, only when you explicitly trigger the related feature.
