Sources LinkedIn candidates, sends paced outreach, collects replies and files CVs into your TigerHR AI Agent console.

Tiger HR Hunter is the browser companion for the TigerHR AI Agent hiring console used by Tiger Group's recruitment team. It does four things: Sourcing — while you browse LinkedIn people search or Google results, it collects the public profiles you find into the Head Hunting tab of your TigerHR AI Agent console, so you stop copying names and links by hand. Outreach — it writes your personalised outreach message into LinkedIn's own message box and sends it from your account, either one profile at a time or through the "Reach out to all" queue in the console. Sending is paced with delays, a daily cap and working-hours limits, and there is a kill switch in the popup. Replies — it reads the replies candidates send you in LinkedIn chat and files them back into the console so your pipeline stays up to date, and it can draft answers to common questions from your own knowledge base before you send them. CVs — when a candidate attaches a CV in LinkedIn chat, the extension files it against that candidate's record in the console. The extension is only useful to people who have an account on the TigerHR AI Agent console; it does nothing on its own.
