Question Store is designed for one purpose only: to let users save, organize, and quickly launch frequently used questions in their selected AI provider using Chrome's Side Panel. The sidePanel permission is used to display the Question Store interface inside Chrome's Side Panel, allowing users to manage and launch their saved questions without leaving the current webpage. The storage permission is used to save users' questions and preferences locally in the browser so they remain available after restarting Chrome. The scripting and activeTab permissions are used only when the user opens the package selection overlay from the extension. Host permissions are used to support the package overlay on webpages and to request YouTube metadata when a user enters a YouTube URL. Question Store does not operate a backend server, account system, analytics system, advertising system, or tracking system.
