A valid API key from the selected AI provider may still be required. PRIVACY AgentX stores prompts, preferences, provider settings, queue information, and completed-link memory locally in the Chrome extension. When an AI-assisted reply is requested, the relevant post or message content and configured prompt are sent only to the AI provider selected by the user.
