Smart Reply Flow helps a small online seller handle customer conversations on WhatsApp Web — in the seller's own browser, with the seller's own words. WHAT IT DOES • Answers incoming customer questions from your reply templates, product list and business information (delivery charge, payment, return policy, hours). • Hands the conversation to you — with a desktop notification — when a human is needed: negotiation, complaints, photos or voice notes, "call me". • Optional AI mode: connect your own Google Gemini, OpenAI or DeepSeek API key and the assistant composes answers from your information only; prices come from your product list, never invented. Works fully without AI in keyword mode. • Order slip: collects name, address, phone and items from the chat for you to approve; optional WooCommerce order creation and order lookup for your own store. • Customer updates: send a follow-up to customers who already messaged your shop and agreed to hear from you — consent tick per list, daily and hourly caps, 7-day per-number cooldown, links refused. Never sends to a number you did not choose. • Labels, quick templates beside the composer, daily numbers, a 21:00 summary, backup & restore, and a CSV export of the contacts you have chatted with (saved on your computer only). • Bangla and English interface. PRIVACY Customer messages, contacts and orders stay on your computer. Nothing is sent to us except licence, trial and payment records (your WhatsApp number, name, business name, payment sender number / transaction id) and a usage heartbeat with daily counts — never message text.
