TailIQ Veil is a local-first privacy layer for AI chats, screen sharing, recordings, and screenshots. Privacy and limitations: Prompt text, webpage text, matched values, custom terms, profiles, and backup passphrases are processed locally and are not sent to TailIQ, a model API, or an advertising or analytics provider. Optional account connection exchanges only account, device, and signed-entitlement metadata with apps.tailiq.com. Pattern checks can miss unusual formats or flag harmless text, and visible text inside images, video, canvas, browser UI, or another application is outside Veil's page mask.
