Reputation Review Reply

Click or select a hotel review on an OTA and generate a reply with Reputation Systems.

Reputation Review Reply helps hotel managers respond to guest feedback without leaving the review platform. Click the circular RR button beside a supported Reply or Respond action, click a recognized hotel review, or select review text to generate an editable response. In the side panel, choose the review language or another language, reply tone, and optional manager signature. Review and edit the response in a draggable popup, then copy it or confirm posting through the platform's native reply form. Optimized workflows support Booking.com, Expedia Partner Central, Google Business Profile, and Tripadvisor for Business. Other hotel and travel review pages are recognized through review-card and rating signals. An RR account and active extension connection are required. After login or signup, the extension connects for 30 days. Generation uses the RR plan and sends the selected review text, available reviewer name and rating, reply settings, and platform hostname to the Reputation Systems API. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
