Gmail Subscription Price Watcher helps you find recurring subscriptions and possible price increases from Gmail billing and receipt emails. It scans Gmail receipt and billing messages locally in your browser, detects subscription candidates, and lets you confirm, ignore, edit, or manually add subscriptions. Confirmed subscriptions can be tracked with monthly and annual cost summaries. Information retrieved from the Gmail API is processed locally in your browser and stored in Chrome local storage. Email contents and analysis results are not sent to an external server operated by this extension. Network communication is limited to the Gmail API. The Gmail permission used by this extension is read-only. Important notes: This extension detects candidates based on email subject, sender, date, snippet, and receipt contents. It may not detect every subscription payment perfectly. Detected candidates should be reviewed and confirmed by the user before being treated as active subscriptions. This extension is intended to help users track subscription costs and possible price changes, but it does not replace official billing statements from each service provider.
