Overview
Extract tables from any PDF, bank statement or invoice into editable Excel spreadsheets. One click, no sign-up.
Tables from reports, invoices and bank statements become editable spreadsheets in one click. This PDF to Excel converter works right in Chrome and keeps rows and columns in place. 🚀 Quick Start 1. Click the extension icon in your toolbar. A side panel opens on the right. 2. Drop a PDF into the panel and click Convert to Excel. 3. Download the result as .xlsx or .csv. 📊 Stop Retyping Tables Copying numbers from a document into a spreadsheet by hand takes hours and brings errors. The extension finds the tables for you, detects where each column and row starts, and builds a clean workbook. The whole PDF to Excel conversion takes seconds. No reformatting and no copy-pasting row by row. It works on native PDFs with selectable text, multi-column layouts and long financial documents. Multi-page files go into one workbook, or you can put each page on its own sheet. 🏦 Bank Statement PDF to Excel Statements are the most common reason people need PDF to Excel. Amounts in statements are aligned to the right, and many converters mix debit and credit into one column. Our parser keeps debit, credit and balance in separate columns, so the sheet is ready for sorting, sums and reconciliation. 🧾 Invoices, Reports, Price Lists Pull invoice lines into your accounting workbook, move quarterly report tables into a budget model, or turn a supplier price list into a sheet you can filter. Extract tables from PDF files once, then work with the data instead of the document. 📁 PDF to CSV Need plain data for a database or an analytics tool? Choose .csv before downloading. PDF to CSV export uses the same one-click workflow and the same table detection. 👥 Who Uses It Accountants and bookkeepers move client statements and invoices into their working files without retyping. Small business owners turn supplier documents and sales reports into sheets they can sum and filter. Analysts pull tables from annual reports and public data releases. Students and researchers collect tables from papers for their own calculations. Anyone who has ever copied a table cell by cell knows how long it takes, and how easy it is to miss a row. 🔍 Scanned PDF to Excel with AI Mode Some documents are just images of pages, with no text layer. For those, click Try AI mode. The file goes over HTTPS to our server, AI reads the scanned pages and returns structured tables. Files are processed and not stored. AI mode has daily limits: up to 20 pages per document, 30 pages per day, files up to 30 MB. Regular conversion of text PDFs has no size limit. 🔄 Excel to PDF It works the other way too. Drop an .xlsx file into the panel and save it as a clean PDF through the print dialog. 💡 Tips for Clean Results • Documents exported from accounting software, banks and online services have a text layer and convert best. Try the regular mode first, it is instant and works offline in your browser. • If a page is a photo or a scan, the regular mode will tell you so and offer AI mode. • For long statements, turn on the page split option to keep each page on its own sheet. It makes checking totals page by page easier. • Very wide reports with many columns may need a quick manual cleanup after download. • Pick .csv if the data goes into a database or a script, and .xlsx if you work with it in a spreadsheet. ⚙️ Simple by Design The extension lives in the Chrome side panel, so it stays next to the page you are working on. There are no settings to configure, no templates to set up and no account to create. Open the panel, drop the file, download the sheet. 🔒 Privacy PDFs with a text layer are converted locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. Only AI mode sends a file to our server, and only when you choose it. No account and no sign-up. We collect anonymous usage statistics (which features are used), with no personal data. 🌍 Interface Languages English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese. ❓ FAQ 🔷 Do I need to install anything besides the extension? 💡 No. Everything runs inside Chrome. No desktop software and no account. 🔷 What if the table comes out messy? 💡 Dense or scanned documents often convert better in AI mode. After each download the panel asks whether the table came out right, and your answer helps us improve the parser. 🔷 Does it work with multi-page documents? 💡 Yes. All pages go into one workbook. Turn on the page split option to get one sheet per page. 🔷 Can it read photos or JPG images of tables? 💡 No, the extension works with PDF and Excel files. A PDF that contains scanned pages is fine: use AI mode for it. 🔷 Is my data safe? 💡 Text PDFs never leave your computer. AI mode is optional, sends the file over HTTPS and the file is not stored after processing. 🔷 Which formats can I download? 💡 .xlsx (Excel 2010 and newer, and any modern spreadsheet app) and .csv. The core PDF to Excel converter is free to use. Install it and convert PDF to Excel in under a minute.
