What Riff does: Answers questions about Lofty — how to build a smart plan, tag leads, set up alerts, or anything else you'd otherwise have to go looking for. Reads the page you're on (with your permission) so he can give answers specific to what you're doing right now. Escalates to the RealOS team when a question needs a human — your issue goes straight to us. Takes your feedback so we keep making him better Who it's for: Riff is available to active RealOS clients. RealOS is a done-for-you Lofty CRM setup, training, and support service — we build your system, keep it tuned, and Riff is part of how we support you day to day.
