Overview
Replace the Chrome new tab page with eye-care exercises, Pomodoro focus sessions, and screen-break reminders.
Eye Care and Pomodoro Timer replaces your Chrome new tab page with a simple eye-care and focus timer dashboard. Every time you open a new tab, it gently reminds you to take care of your eyes, start a guided eye-movement session, or use a Pomodoro timer for focused work. Main features: - Guided eye-care exercises - Pomodoro focus timer - Short and long break timers - Optional screen-break reminders - Camera-based eye tracking during training sessions - Local-first privacy design - Opens automatically as your Chrome new tab page How it works: Open a new tab, click Start session, allow camera access, and follow the on-screen movement prompts. The exercise guides you through simple eye movements and short rest breaks. You can also start the Pomodoro timer when you want to focus. When the timer ends, the extension can remind you to take another eye-care break. Privacy: Camera access is used only when you start an eye-tracking exercise. The tracking runs locally in your browser, and camera frames are not uploaded. Notification permission is used only for optional reminders and timer alerts. Eye Care and Pomodoro Timer is designed for people who spend long hours reading, studying, coding, writing, or working in front of a screen.
