YTFilter hides the video cards that don't meet thresholds you set — quietly, locally, in real time — on the home feed, search results, subscriptions, sidebar, and channel pages. YTFilter works entirely inside your browser. There's no sign-up, no account, no dashboard — install it, open the popup on any YouTube tab, and start adjusting sliders. Every change applies instantly to the page you're looking at and is remembered for next time. HOW IT WORKS YTFilter reads the same view count, upload date, duration, and title text that's already visible on each video card and hides any card that fails your current rules. When you turn on the subscriber filter, it also looks up each channel's subscriber count once (cached for 12 hours) since YouTube doesn't expose that number on the card itself. Nothing is analyzed on a server — every decision is made in your browser. It re-runs automatically as you scroll (infinite loading) and as you navigate between pages, so filtered videos stay hidden without a manual refresh. PRIVACY YTFilter collects nothing. There is no backend server, no account system, no analytics, and no ad network. Your filter settings are saved with Chrome's own sync storage (so they follow you across your signed-in devices) and never pass through YTFilter.
