Steam Slop Filter
Overview
Vote on and hide AI-slop games on Steam (Next Fest, search, sales) using community votes and Steam AI disclosures.
Use slop to destroy the slops. HOW IT WORKS • Every game capsule gets a 🤖 / 👍 badge. Click 🤖 to vote a game slop, 👍 to vote it legit. • A game is filtered when you voted it slop, or when the community did (at least 3 votes and 60% slop by default, both adjustable). • Games whose developer filed an AI Generated Content Disclosure on Steam get an "AI" tag. Hover over it to read what the developer wrote. • Optionally, treat every game with an AI disclosure as slop. • Your own vote always wins over the community's. DISPLAY MODES • Dim flagged games • Hide them completely • Only show a red badge PRIVACY No account and no tracking. The extension sends the Steam app IDs on the page you're viewing and your votes to the Steam Slop Filter API. Votes are tied to a random anonymous ID generated on install. It only runs on store.steampowered.com. Open source: https://github.com/dunkbing/steam-slop-filter
