Stop copy-pasting freight emails into your TMS. G2Mint Mail Intake lives in a side panel next to your inbox, in Gmail and in Outlook on the web, and turns quote requests, shipment orders, carrier invoices and paperwork into G2Mint records in seconds. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a freight email in Gmail or Outlook on the web. 2. Click "G2Mint AI Assistant": in the message menu in Gmail, or on the message toolbar in Outlook. 3. The assistant reads the email and its attachments with AI and fills in the details: customer, origin, destination, pickup and delivery dates, equipment, weight, freight class, accessorials, hazmat and references. 4. Pick what you want to do with it, review the pre-filled form, and finish without leaving the email. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Build a Quote: pull live carrier rates side by side or add your own manual rate, then insert the selected rate as a professional quote into your reply. • Build a Shipment: create the shipment from the email and reply to the request. • Book Shipment: book a quote or shipment by its reference. • Receive Documents: file email attachments (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, invoices) on the right order. • Create Freight Bill: turn a carrier invoice into a freight bill for its BOL. • Send Documents: reply in the thread with the shipment's documents attached. • Send Tracking Updates: share the shipment's tracking link and status with your customer. Everything happens in your inbox: no tab-switching, no copy-paste, no re-keying. SETUP (ONE TIME) After installing, open the G2Mint icon and complete Extension Setup once: • Choose your account type and add a Google Gemini API key (used to read the email). • G2Mint accounts sign in to G2Mint inside the panel. Proxy accounts enter their proxy URL, broker API key, TMS URL and Operations Agent ID. • Using Outlook on the web? Turn on Outlook support in the panel and sign in with your Microsoft account, so the assistant can open the attachments of the email you're viewing. You can change these anytime from the G2Mint icon. REQUIREMENTS This is a tool for freight brokers and operations teams using the G2Mint platform. You'll need a G2Mint account (or proxy account credentials) and a Gemini API key. PRIVACY The assistant reads an email only when you open it on that email, unless you turn on the optional "Pre-read emails on open" setting, which is off by default. Email content is sent to Google's Gemini API for extraction and to your G2Mint account or configured quoting service to create quotes, shipments, bills and documents.
