Stop losing your research in a pile of tabs. Planning something with friends or family means opening fifteen tabs and then trying to describe them all in a group chat. OffDuty Planner puts the page itself into the plan. Click the icon on any page and pick where it goes: an existing plan, a group you want to start a new plan with, or today's. The page appears as a card — title, preview image, source site — in the shared plan, where everyone can see it, react to it, and open the original. WORKS ON ANY PAGE A Google Maps pin. SEE YOUR DAY BEFORE YOU COMMIT The popup shows your own schedule for any day — the shift you're on, what's already in your calendar, and the hours actually left free. Step forward to the day you're booking for and check it before you book it, without reaching for your phone. NOT FOR THE GROUP — JUST FOR YOU? "Add to my calendar" puts it straight on your own OffDuty calendar instead, which is what a confirmation email or a ticket usually needs. Give it a name, pick a date and time, press Create. Where the page says when it is — a ticket page, a booking confirmation — the date and time are filled in for you, with a note saying where it came from. It's a starting point and stays editable; nothing is created until you press the button. The event counts as busy, so your groups aren't told you're free when you aren't. ALREADY BOOKED IT? Choose "Already booked" and the page is logged as a confirmed item rather than a suggestion. On sites that publish their price — Klook, Trip.com, KKday and anything else with standard product data — the cost box fills itself in, so logging a booking is one click. It's recorded as a shared expense, split evenly across everyone on the plan, so the group's running total is written the moment you book rather than from memory a week later. Who paid and how it splits stay editable in the app. WHAT IT DOES • Save the page you're on into a shared plan, in two clicks • Check your shift, your calendar and your free hours for any day, in the popup • Put the item on a day and time of the plan, so it lands on the right page of the itinerary • Mark it as already booked, and log what it cost • Add a note so your group knows why you saved it • Start a new plan for a group without leaving the page • Or skip the group entirely and put it straight on your own calendar • Sign in once with your existing OffDuty account WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It does not track your browsing. It reads the page only when you click the icon. • It does not change the pages you visit. It adds nothing to them and rewrites nothing. • It does not run in the background on sites you visit. • There is no paid tier. The extension is free. You'll need the OffDuty app to see and discuss what you save.
