Designed for authorized shops using 360 Ops Hub, the extension helps service advisors and shop staff access relevant information without repeatedly switching between systems. Features include: • Search your shop’s procedures and reference information. • Review the currently open repair order using connected 360 Ops Hub tools. • Improve the clarity of customer concerns and technician findings. • View supported shop-workflow information, including waiter-response countdowns when the required assignment and waiter information is available. • Connect shop computers through administrator-approved pairing, with access limited to approved stores and capabilities. The extension connects relevant information from supported Tekmetric pages with your organization’s 360 Ops Hub service to provide these features. An active Tekmetric session and authorized 360 Ops Hub access are required. Installing the extension alone does not grant access to shop information.
