Ask spreadsheets and web tables questions in plain language. An on-device AI writes the SQL; your data never leaves Chrome.

Cognitio lets you ask your tables questions in plain language. Add a CSV or Excel file, right-click a table on any web page, connect a Google Sheet, or paste cells copied from Excel. Then ask: "total sales by city", "now only Ankara", "the monthly trend". Your question is turned into SQL by an AI model running on your computer and answered by a SQLite database that also runs on your computer. Your data, your questions and the answers never leave Chrome. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Get the answer as a sentence, a table and a chart — every number in the sentence is checked against the result. • Ask follow-up questions; the previous one is used as context. • Get to know your data before asking: automatic highlights, a column profile, a preview. • Charts (bar, line, donut), pivot tables, big-number cards. • Pin the questions you rely on to a dashboard; Google Sheets refresh in one click. • Collect questions, answers and charts into a report; export Markdown, HTML or PDF. • Paste results into Excel or Sheets, download CSV/XLSX, or save them as a new table. PRIVACY • No account, no server, no analytics, no ads. • The model downloads once and runs on your device; with Chrome's built-in model, no download at all. • Model code ships inside the extension; no code is loaded from the internet. REQUIREMENTS Chrome 124+ with WebGPU and 2–8 GB of free memory depending on the model. Without WebGPU, Chrome's built-in model can be used. The first model download is 1–5 GB and happens once.
